So true! And how it rushes in late winter, early spring.
I was surprised how fast the water was moving when we stopped by a river over the weekend to see if there were any ducks. Only a daredevil duck would have attempted that current.😁

I like the sound of rushing water, as long as it is not the flood waters.
It was a surprise to see that much water last week, especially in February, between the rain and melting snow.
Too much turbulence for us lately! I never thought i’d love stagnation! 🙂
I hope everyone is still safe in your area and we have to swap tranquil and calm for stagnation as soon as the flood waters recede.🙂

We’re safe and OK but have a ton of cornstalks in our yard. I am elderly and will probably have to hire someone to remove them.
