Harper and I were in a reflective mood one morning this week as we looked back at a year

that flew by too fast

and she promised that we would move at a slower pace in the new year.

We will spend more days slowly meandering by the river

and not getting lost in the foggy details of life that

distract us from our wandering goals

and enjoying new days filled with promise and all of our favorite things.
