Monday Musings

During our first springlike weather of the year, the birds were out enjoying the blue skies,

the ducks were basking in the sunshine,

the turkeys were showing off their spring strut,

and the snow and ice were melting on more lakes while I was stuck indoors with a cold binge-watching Better Call Saul before the new season begins.

      Thank you!🙂 I missed out on the sunshine and 50 degrees, but I’m sure I’ll be back to normal by the time a winter storm arrives tomorrow night.🙂

        I sure hope so. That storm is coming our way. Funny how so many storms seem to come from the west. Except when they’re coming downeast. Then we really need to watch out!

        Luckily they reduced our total snow amount, but it will look like winter again in the morning.🙂

        We’ve got nasty, wet snow coming our way. As always, hope we don’t lose our power. Out comes the bucket to be filled with water. Just in case.

    I’m all over the place in the blogging world at the moment, and missed this one yesterday. So I’ll say I hope you’re already feeling better, and you enjoyed the binge on Better Call Saul. I still haven’t seen it, and I absolutely loved Breaking Bad. Something to look forward to, added to an ever growing list of stuff I’d like to watch if I can ever get organized and find time…
    Is spring over there? It appeared here for four days, and then disappeared!

      Thank you!🙂 I loved Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul has improved over the seasons as they’ve added more Breaking Bad characters and expanded the role of one of my favorites from Breaking Bad, Mike (Jonathan Banks). I missed spring, but am feeling much better for our snowstorm.🙂

    Are you feeling better? As ever, wonderful photos and musings. Has the pending storm hit yet? I wonder if it travelled across the Atlantic? UK has had a shocking stormy February.
