Flowers And Movies

A walk in the morning with Harper enjoying the flowersΒ followed by a mini Meryl Streep film festival that began withΒ It’s Complicated,Β which I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched for the wonderful bakery, home and garden scenes, followed byΒ Julie & JuliaΒ andΒ The Devil Wears Prada.

    1. Thank you!πŸ™‚ Love Meryl Streep’s movies and It’s Complicated is one of my top go-to movies that I always enjoy. I’m planning another Meryl Streep film festival with The Bridges of Madison County, Heartburn and The Hours.πŸ™‚

      1. btw, after watching The Bridges of Madison County, I read the book also, and this is the one time I love the movie more than the book… and Clint Eastwood has a lot to do with it too, so damn hot (blush) πŸ˜€ And Heartburn is also based on a book I think? But I’ll see It’s Complicated first, thanks for the reference πŸ™‚

      2. Another all-time favorite, along with Meryl Streep, are the books and movies by Nora Ephron. She directed and wrote the screenplay for Julie & Julia and she wrote the book Heartburn and the screenplay for the movie, which is based on her marriage. I love so many of her movies and definitely need a Nora Ephron film festival.😁
