      Thank you!🙂 In between the downpours of rain (that I have a greater appreciation for since following your blog) there were some wonderful moments kayaking and visiting the Japanese Garden. I will continue to try to appreciate the rain forecast for the weekend (as long as it does not interfere with the kayaking), but this high humidity has to go!

      I love kayaking and having a pop holder in our new kayak.🙂 This one handles a little differently and, so far, I have to keep the paddle inside the kayak while I take photos.

        What kayak did you get? We are, once again(!), talking about buying either a canoe or kayak. Both have their merits, and it’ll end up based on where we’ll mostly paddle – but we can’t even decide that! West coast and inlets, or lakes in the mountains…

        The new kayak is an Old Town Vapor 10, which is very comfortable, stable and perfect for taking along Gabby and the camera. This one handles a little differently in the wind than my older Heritage Featherlite, but the pop holder makes up for that. I love kayaking and being out in the water, but I haven’t been in a canoe in years and I’ve never tried the two person kayak. Whether it is for the West Coast or lakes in the mountains, I think a new canoe or kayak is a necessity for the summer!🙂
