Halfway thru the 2015 season, Bryce Harper’s remarkable play has been recognized by 13,864,950 votes for the 2015 All-Star game being played July 14th at the Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.  Bryce Harper - Washington Nationals vs. Cincinnati Reds – Version 3Harper will be heading to his third All-Star game with the most National League votes and unbelievable stats for the first half of the season and among the league leaders in home runs (25); RBIs (60); batting average (.344); walks (62); on-base percentage (.470); and slugging (.714).  It is too bad that Harper has decided not to participate in the Home Run Derby this year, but maybe I can catch up on some of my reading since he is featured in the ESPN Magazine Body Issue that will be available on July 10th.  Enjoy two of my favorite Harper highlight videos from the weekend..

Harper started the July 4th fireworks early by adding his 25th home run of the season.
