The Week In Seven Photos

The temperamental peony – always late to join the garden party and always arrives solo!

The flourishing lilies are the dependable guests for any garden party.

Just remember, once you invite the lilies to the your garden party, you will soon discover that they never leave.

Unhappy house guest – “Hey, I’m trying to sleep under your deck, are you seriously going to scream every time Ronaldo scores a goal in the World Cup!”

After a quiet month at the bird feeders, the birds returned this week with attitude.

Family reunion.

Date night!!

    1. I’m not sure how long the garden party will last, but I’m hoping the birds and flowers extend their stay and that all the noise sends the groundhogs from under the deck into the woods.😁

    1. Thank you!🙂 Glad you arrived at the garden party and it would have been exciting to have you as a guest today to watch England win to advance to the quarter-finals. I’m still exhausted from the match and have become a major fan of Kane since you’ve been gone.😁

I hadn’t realised how good he actually is. England have done and played much better this time than they normally do.

      2. With their energy in the first half and scoring in the first five minutes, I really thought they would be in the finals. Kane had some great opportunities and I so wish he had scored on that two foot shot off the post. They were an exciting team to watch and I’m looking forward to watching some of the players on the weekends in the Premier League.🙂
