Birds And Books

It was backyard birdwatching this weekend with a Pelee Island Winery Pinot Noir

and the rare red-winged blackbird visitor did stop by along with the blue jays, cardinals and mourning doves.

It is becoming more difficult to photograph birds in the backyard as Harper is currently intent on making sure Baby Yoda and her

have the yard to themselves and I’m only able to take quick photos when Harper is distracted while chasing butterflies.

Over the last few months my days begin earlier and earlier,

which leaves plenty of time for online wine glass shopping and adding books to the library. Β The Guest List by Lucy Foley and Fleishman Is In TroubleΒ by Taffy Brodesser-Akner were the latest additions to the bookshelf and between the books and birds the weekend flew by.

    1. 😁Thank you!😁 For the sake of my art, the wine glass must remain full since the lettering looks better against the red!🍷😁

    1. I enjoyed my first trip in months to the bakery and Baby Yoda is definitely a fan of chocolate cappuccino mousse cups!😁

      1. Good for Baby Yoda. I am glad to read he’s given up some of his more questionable eating habits. πŸ˜‰
