Monday Musings

Love those peaceful days

that begin with coffee and banana bread on the deck followed by

enjoying a snack or two throughout the day surrounded by birds,

flowers blooming,

bunnies,

Harper monitoring the snacks and

the day ending with the most fabulous rare visitor stopping by to say goodnight.

I hope you have a week filled with days like this!
Won’t be able to watch the game today, but here’s hoping Kane is off target – or on the bench…

  3. Really nice series of pictures. Harper is adorable as always. Is that a barred owl?

    1. Thank you!🙂 Harper is much happier having her photo taken from a distance instead of my silly poses and it was so exciting to have the brief visit from the barred owl.🙂

I get to hear them hunting in the woods but never spot any.

      2. I’ve heard them over the years at night, but this was only the second one I’ve had a chance to see in our yard. I really wish I knew where they like to hang out.🙂

Wow! Great owl capture! We have them here, but they are always at the verrry tops of the trees. I’m very much enjoying spending time here (your blog)! You have a lovely place! 💕 I’ve taken screenshots of some books and movies to add to my list too! 🙂
