One of those weeks just hanging around and
wandering the paths
under cool blue skies
On an empty path
there was the sudden desire to joyfully scream “PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE”
and hear it echo across the lake as I enjoyed a delicious sip.
Obviously this crabby fella isn’t a fan.
haha Enjoyed your 50 word story and colourful photos. 😀

Pumpkin spiced anything – too soon! Where did summer go?!

I haven’t adjusted to the fact it’s September and I’m usually not a big pumpkin spice fan, but my trips to Starbucks have been rare this year and I think my pumpkin spice lattes this week were the best coffees ever!!🎃😁

Oh, those Red-winged Blackbirds are such crabby, territorial snobs; they think the whole area is exclusively theirs. (Maybe it is!) 🙂

They have convinced me on many occasions that I’m trespassing in their territory.🙂

Sounds like your red winged blackbirds are possessive of what they believe is their territory – just like native UK blackbirds, in my garden anyway. Fab photos.

Thank you!🙂 They are in wonderful moods in early spring, but they get crabbier and crabbier with each passing month in summer.🙂
