Monday Musings – 50 Word Story

Something to appreciate in middle age is short cuts to enjoyment

and clicking “Because You Watched” or “If You Like” always leads to great entertainment.

After watching an episode of Long Way Up

there’s time to reminisce about thrilling motorcycle trips before the related button takes you on another Ride.

  1. Charming. 😀
I love all those benches – what a lovely place to sit – and that magnificent ‘orange’ tree. 😀

  4. Is it time to buy an electric Harley? Having seen the first couple of episodes, the answer is yes if I’m not riding in Patagonia or places with no e-infrastructure… I am enjoying my little e-moped, while the sun is still shining. Back to the Jeep when the rain returns!

    1. My motorcycle obsession is getting out of control as I keep adding motorcycle travel shows to my watchlist (latest is Charley Boorman’s Extreme Frontiers and Race to Dakar). I’ve loved the selection of bikes in Ride and while I’m fascinated watching the electric trucks and bikes attempt to travel the world, I can’t imagine not having the loud pipes and stopping for a Diet Mtn Dew and M&M’s at gas stations (I imagine future charging stations having healthy stuff😁). I don’t recall an e-moped adventure story on your blog and one is needed before for the rain arrives.😁

  5. What a lovely autumny post. Love the contrasting colours of the crane and the tree.
