The Week In Seven Photos

Well, my insane idea to finish all my projects in May and bend and lift too many things the wrong way has resulted in me not being able to do many things this month because of excruciating nerve pain if I move the wrong way due to a herniated disc in my back. For now, I have to be extremely careful with everything I do and poor little Harper wonders what in the world has happened to her playtime. For the next few weeks you will probably be seeing some older photos, backyard birds,

and our wonderful new addition to the visiting deer family.

Harper will have plenty of extra time to chase her favorite squirrels

and little buck.

The gangly cranes will hopefully have a very short break before being stalked again on the trails.

Luckily I’ve always been more comfortable watching than chasing butterflies and as I wander around the yard,

I will be very thankful for my wonderful doctor, any moments without pain and try my best to resist the temptation for random bad attitudes.

    1. Thank you!!πŸ™‚ I’m carefully moving through the days and I’m scared that any wrong move will cause the pain that was so bad that I could not even walk the other evening. Hopefully that never returns and I have patience to take things slowly the next few weeks and always remember all the things my back does not like me to do.πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you!!πŸ™‚ Still dealing with the pain/numbness when I move the wrong way or sit too long. I’ll be very glad when it heals and I don’t have to worry about everything I do or want to slap myself upside the head when I forget the rules about the things not to do.πŸ™‚
