      I’ve lost track over the years of how many times that swan has let me know my company was not wanted, I enjoyed the trumpeter swans ignoring him while he escorted them around the lake.😁

      After escorting them around the lake, I think the mute swan’s response was you should go because they weren’t on his lake today.😁

    Never seen Trumpeter Swans, but have been on the receiving end of a huge fierce not-so-mute Swan who was trying to unpick my boot laces and peck me away from his territory 😂🦢

      It was our first visit and I’ve definitely never had one close enough to my boot laces since I run away quickly when Mr. Ornery looks in my direction.😁
