Who cares about how foggy and rainy a day is as long as you can see good enough to watch a belted kingfisher dive for fish. I love this little bird and even though it wasn’t raining while I took this shot, this is one of the rare birds I would be willing to stand out in the rain watching. The rest of the day was spent learning about classical music with the Portable Professor Masterpieces of Western Music: Classics from the Baroque to the Modern and The Story of Classical: Part 1 on the wonderful Apple Music Classical app. I was almost as excited as watching the kingfisher when I discovered I actually already recognize some of the important classical composers and pieces.
