The spring birding/nesting season outings have not gone as planned, other than the adorable sandhill crane, and after discovering there has been an alligator sighting at our favorite park, I’m beginning to think between all the bird and wildlife drama

you may only be seeing food truck

and coffee photos for awhile. After the fantastic corned beef egg rolls from Egg Roll Diva and the wonderful Flower Child Cold Brew coffee from June Bird Coffee Co.,

I’m trying to decide if it’s possible to have a coffee and egg rolls diet for the summer while forgoing the nature trails. I had no idea I would ever have a blog post with this title any more than discovering all the drama that exists in the bird world.
