A Celebration of Yellow

A celebration of yellow is in order today because my favorite Tour de France rider, Peter Sagan, won his first yellow jersey Sunday in the second stage of the race and retained the jersey yesterday after finishing fourth in the third stage.

      Thank you. Capturing the right lighting settings at the same time I managed to focus my macro lens correctly took much longer than I anticipated, in what I originally thought was going to be an easy photo opportunity.

        It was too bad Sagan lost the yellow jersey yesterday, but it is always great to see a breakaway rider win a stage for yellow.
