      I agree with the birds – enough is enough!😁 I hope that after all the snow they received in parts of New Jersey and New York that the storm weakened before it arrived in your area.🙂

        Not too bad! We got 12 inches of snow—not unusual for Maine—and it wasn’t particularly heavy. Also, not much wind. So we made out pretty well.

      It’s always surprising to see so many of them during the snowstorms and yesterday they made sure the squirrels did not steal their peanuts.🙂

    Your birds are more resilient than the Slaithwaite birdies. During our recent snowstorms we only saw a fat cheerful Mistle Thrush and the resident Black-Headed Gulls.

        Yes, I think they were. We do usually get a bit, but have had more sporadic, then prolonged bursts all year. Winters were always bad up here years ago, before I was born. Folk were snowed in for weeks at a time, but the climate seems to have changed.
