Thank you!!🙂 For a change, we were actually on the same side of the lake. So far this year I have usually seen him fly away across the lake as I paddle toward his favorite location.🙂
Thank you!!🙂 We are still at that early summer phase where he flies away whenever he sees me, but I hope by the end of summer his attitude improves a little.😁
I only wish I had a good zoom lens to get a decent shot of them as the nests are at the top of dead trees. They look pretty cool at dusk in silhouette.
Thank you!!🙂 So far this year I have mostly seen him fly away at a distance and it was great to finally be close enough for a shot. Usually it takes most of the summer before he agrees to having company.🙂
