Why did the cranes cross the road?

In this park they own the roads, I lost track of how many times we had to stop for a crane crossing.😁
I saw cranes for the first time last year. So exciting.

Hey, you kids stop playing in the road! 😉
We did see more cranes playing in the road than on the grass and one even did a little dance as it crossed the road.😁

we’ve all heard the old question “Why did the chicken cross the road”,so this begs the question…….why did these Blue Herons cross the road?
I think the one crane was wondering why his buddy wasn’t helping him redirect traffic.😁
Oh they were Cranes! Well that explains it,Cranes cross the road to get away from each other but it appears the other fellow followed anyways.
