Washing Off Winter

Sometimes I take baths because it’s harder to drink wine in the shower.

  1. Beautiful! Great captures. And I think I noted this before, but those feathers look like angel wings.

    1. Thank you!🙂 It’s funny how some days I can visit the lake and everything is quiet and calm and other days like this that I’m amazed by something beautiful that I’ve never seen before.🙂

      1. Right? A joy for homebodies. We do have to go far to see something beautiful that we’ve never seen before.

    1. Thank you!🙂 I’m not sure what’s going on this spring, but I’ve never seen the swans or geese behave like this before.🙂

  3. I bet that was fun to watch.

Michigan State did it! By one point, no less… 😉

    1. The birds have been extremely entertaining this spring!🙂 What a game and while I always prefer a close game over a blowout, there were so many moments in that game that I would have been happy with a ten point lead.😁 Of course, any time I watched the sports news today the talk was about Duke not being in the Final Four and not about the teams that won.🙂

      1. Yeah. I’m on Duke overload, myself. At least there will be peace until football season.

  4. Wonderful captures. Spring is the time when it seems all are getting cleaned up. On another note, if you turn around and let the shower hit your back, one can pretty much drink wine unimpeded and with very little “watering down” of the wine.
