The Week In Seven Photos

The Week In Seven Photos

Hello there,

it’s been a week of thinking about choices as our country faces a monumental decision next week choosing our future path.

Harper wants to be able to choose who she has to hang out with and is demanding veto power over all photo shoots.

It would be nice if our differences over choices could be pleasantly discussed over a picnic lunch, like in the old days when we could actually sit together and chat, or

were as an enjoyable to debate as the important music topic of “Back in Black” vs. “Crazy Train” on the podcast Song Vs. Song.

Thankfully it’s an easy choice about what I’m watching this evening as the second season of The Mandalorian begins,

but it is an extremely difficult choice trying to decide between spending the weekend with Jack Reacher or Matthew McConaughey.

  1. I think you’ve got all you need to keep in good company over the weekend! Pleasant diversions from the nail biter coming up on Tuesday – and beyond?! Oh, let it be over…with a decent result.
Matthew McConaughey has made a few duds, but his recent efforts have been mostly good, from The Lincoln Lawyer on. Did you ever see “Reign of Fire”? He plays a dragon fighting fireman, or something, and is bald. I think Christian Bale was also in this one, but neither of them talks it up. So bad it’s good!
    Enjoy your weekend!

    • I don’t know how I missed Reign of Fire, but it was released between How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days and The Wedding Planner and somehow doesn’t sound like it would have been a good Triple Feature addition.😁 It’s impossible to make a prediction for Tuesday since it’s impossible for me to imagine after watching the news every day that it could even be close. I really hope we have a result on Tuesday, but I’m expecting it to take weeks. Thankfully I have a stack of great books and a new Lincoln Lawyer book is being released next week. Enjoy the weekend!🙂
