I’ve had fun sharing a little (maybe a little too much?!?!) Halloween spirit over the last few weeks,

but Harper is more than ready

to ride off into November.

Just so you know, it’s not all hocus pocus spending time

throughout the month, in your favorite chair, scaring yourself watching horror movie marathons

as studies have shown that watching one scary movie can burn as many calories as a 30 minute walk. This is very important when you want a long and healthy lifestyle.

That’s really great news since we live in an area where no one ever ventures for trick-or-treating, but somehow I always buy a bag of Halloween candy which has actually lasted until Halloween this year. Must have spent more time screaming than snacking burning those marathon level calories watching too many horror movie marathons.
