Santa had to travel through

plenty of rain

and fog

to deliver presents this year. I don’t remember ever having a holiday weather week like this one that included fog advisories that lasted over 24 hours and then just normal fog and rain the rest of the week. Luckily there were many bright spots through the gloom

including the wonderful coupon gift from my niece. One of those gifts that fall in the priceless and all-time favorite categories. I’ve already tried to redeem one or two,

but have been told they are not redeemable until 2024 and all of them exclude rainy foggy weather.

While I’ve been able to talk my niece into many wonderful walks over the years and am looking forward to more in 2024, I have not had the same success with bike rides. I never give up though and sent her a text the other morning to let her know she must have misplaced my coupon for a bike ride of my choice with my new cool bike lights.
