It Was Wonderful To Have A Few Hours Of Sunshine

It was as shocking to have some sunshine yesterday as it is to realize Monday is the end of college football and it’s the final weekend of the NFL regular season. I’m never at a loss for finding some sports game to watch all year, but nothing compares to my love of football season. I keep thinking I need to give up my lattes, but between the major sunshine and football withdrawal it may be too much to handle.

    Great sunny day image! (But shouldn’t the lake be frozen?!)
    We’ve finally had a proper snowfall with more due in the next week or so, so we might just be dusting off the xc skis very soon!

      Thank you!🙂 Winter is slowly arriving, I actually had to wear a vest with my hoodie today. I’m too tired to sleep, but Harper is passed out right now and should be wide awake by 2:00am. Enjoy the weekend and wonderful to hear you’ll be out skiing soon!🙂

    I have decided to cut back on my coffee consumption in the New Year. Save a few bucks…and a few calories. Football is winding down, so maybe easing into that concept is best.☕🏈

    A gorgeous photo! I am near mono-sports-minded, following only Major League Baseball. I am making an exception this Monday, however, to watch my alma mater, U Washington: GO DAWGS! (sorry…you probably have a different sentiment)

      Thank you and how wonderful your alma mater is in the National Championship!!🏈 I will definitely be cheering on Michigan and hope it’s another great game. A day doesn’t go by without some sporting event on my tv and some nights I’m watching two or three games and missing all the scoring.😁

    We had a beautiful sunny day this week too, something I’ve longed to see for months…with the sun so low it really showed how mucky my windows are 😂. Don’t give up the latte a day, you have to have moments of joy in life or what’s the point.
