During a week where the smoky haze and cold temperatures were creating interesting sunrises, that I was finding difficult to capture,
I realized that my camera and I are having relationship and communication issues and cannot reach an agreement on many important topics. After arguing over our creative differences and proper settings, I finally gave up and decided to capture the sun reflecting behind the clouds of lily pads.
I think the Nikon is feeling a little neglected lately as the iPhone has been getting extra attention
and appreciated for enjoying a sunny simple outlook and not having so much baggage.
Harper absolutely thinks that I spend too much time with my camera, fascinated by objects that do not interest her while
also making her notice things that give her nightmares
and really thinks that we should spend more time wandering down the road without the constant demands of the camera.
Lovely captures and so cute to see Harper peeping in the one photo. 😀

Thank you!😁 Harper has decided she gets to have a say in how often we stop on our walks.🐾😁

Oh, I like that picture with Harper just on the edge, and the mushrooms front and center. What a good eye you have.

Thank you!😁 Harper still dislikes the camera, but is quite happy to photobomb the occasional shot!🐾😁

Dog walking with camera and tripod is tricky, my IPhone wins out mostly otherwise the dog stays at home. I’ve given up on multitasking. Your photos are beautiful.

Thank you!🙂 Unless I’m out on the water, Harper is usually always with me while I’m out wandering with the camera or iPhone. Luckily we’ve made it through the worst of the puppy stage and almost tripping over each other and she now patiently waits for as long as she thinks it’s necessary for me to capture the shot.🐾😁

I hope the issues are resolved soon! The tension has produced a fine post, full of great images and words. I love the edge of frame photo with Harper.
Enjoy the weekend ahead. It’s too early in the day tomorrow for me to watch Everton score many, many goals against WBA, but I’ll enjoy reading the match report and being top of the table for an hour or so. Might be the best part of the season, if I haven’t jinxed it already by writing this…

Thank you!🐾🙂 I guess since I can’t find the enthusiasm to yell at my favorite players as my sports funk continues, I may be arguing with my camera a little longer!😁 My favorite Tour de France rider, Peter Sagan, forgot how to sprint this year, Bryce Harper forgot how to hit for a few weeks, I have no comment on a Dallas/Tampa Bay final, can’t believe I actually miss Tom Brady playing for the Patriots and am absolutely unable to talk about Tottenham/Mourinho/Kane or college football. I actually feel a little better after that little sports rant and might be speaking to my Nikon tomorrow. Enjoy the weekend and I hope you took a screen shot of the League Table to remember the special moment!😁

Those sunrises are ace, the misty one and the golden watery one. Love the cheeky slug and the equally cheeky little photobomber.
